On the 12th of January 2020 I travelled to Kangaroo Island (KI) with Joe Patterson (a freelance Journalist). KI had just been hit with its largest bushfire ever recorded, with two thirds of the island destroyed and 80% of wildlife killed. We travelled to KI to expose the stories of the countless volunteers, fire fighters, army and locals that were working tirelessly to save wildlife and the island from further destruction.
